One-On-One Personal Training
The Wellness For Life personal trainers are nationally certified and highly educated. Our staff has practical experience working with individuals of all ages and fitness levels. We specialize in general fitness, sport specific needs and post rehabilitative exercise programs.
If you goals are to lose weight, gain muscle size or strength, or train for a specific sport, our experienced staff can help you get the results you desire. We are committed to making your workouts fun, safe, effective and motivating.
For those of you are not interested in leaving your house to exercise don’t worry we can come to you.
Small Group Training Sessions
You can join one of our established group training sessions—or start your own.
We offer small groups of 6-8 people. A trainer will lead you through a challenging, full body weight training workout, and keep your motivation levels high. You can join an established group or you can start your own.
WELLNESS FOR LIFE Small Group Training offers you the benefits of having your own trainer at a fraction of the cost of private training.
Partner Training
Train with a friend, family member or co-worker. Our Personal trainers will lead you both through a challenging, fast-moving exercise program that will strengthen your body, burn calories, and get you results.
In-Home Personal Training
Our personal trainer will travel to you. Rates are slightly higher to cover travel expenses and time, but if you like to train at home, and need a little extra push or motivation, we can help. We provide all the equipment, tools, and energy you need.
Online Training
You can work with one of our trainer without having to live in our geographical area. If you don’t live in the Washington Metro area, we can coach you by phone. We’ll design your program, suggest a training routine, provide nutritional advice, and send you weekly workouts, progress logs, and nutrition journals. We’ll consult with you by phone once a week to check your programs, answer your questions, make necessary suggestions, and hold you accountable to your workout program.
